Samsung has suspended the app from the Samsung Apps Store without notice.

DO NOT uninstall it if you want the already installed app to work on your TV.

Warning! If you have an app installed using the USB method stuck at “Loading”, when opening VOD (movies) on your TV, simply re-download and re-install the USB app from the app’s website or uncheck the “Save Online” box when downloading your playlist.

You can manually install the app using the following options:

Tizen TVs (J/K/M/N/Q/R/T):
Android TV

Extract (unzip) the contents of the following Tizen Widget file to the root of the USB drive (FAT32 format) and insert it into your TV’s USB slot. Make sure the userwidget directory is at the root of your USB drive. The app will appear on the My Apps screen among other apps. You can then remove the USB drive from your TV (except J series).

On Tizen J series TVs, you can try to disable Menu -> Smart Hub -> Auto-update app to avoid losing the app every time the TV restarts. Otherwise, no solution is available.

Non-Tizen TVs (E/ES/F/H/J4/J52):
Android TV

Extract (unzip) the contents of the following Widget Orsay file to the root of the USB drive (FAT32 format) and insert it into the USB slot of your TV. The SmartIPTV directory should be located at the root of your USB drive. The app will appear on a Samsung Apps screen among other apps. You can then remove the USB drive from your TV (not on all TV models).

You can also use the IP address of the sync server ip.png to perform the installation in developer mode.

Important! The app does NOT work on D series or older Samsung TVs.

Uploading your own playlist

You can upload your own IPTV playlist by following these instructions.
Remote control commands

P + / P- and arrows – change page, group, channel and video
UP, UPx2 – show information about the current program
DOWN – show channel history
SELECT (OK), CH LIST – load channel list in playback mode
INFO, INFOx2 – show information about the current program
Numeric keys – select channel number; “0”, PR CH – channel history
RETURN – hide channel list and information bar; Return to main list
EXIT – exit the application
P.SIZE, TOOLS, EXTRA – change stream/video aspect ratio
PLAY/PAUSE/STOP – play/pause/stop stream/video (exit video player)
PLAY (long press) – permanent activation/deactivation of the information bar
PLAY_PAUSE – play/pause stream/video; display groups in the channel menu
TTX/MIX – enable/disable 3D mode (side-by-side)
AD/SUBT – change subtitle track in stream/video (if available)
REC – enable/disable DVB input
RED – settings in main list; select audio/HLS track in stream/video
GREEN, GUIDE – EPG information; choose video playback mode
YELLOW – display all channels; digital clock or aspect ratio in playback mode (option in settings)
BLUE – display groups; settings in playback mode

Change audio language

Press RED button, select language, press OK to set language, press OK (RED, Back) again to hide the window.
Change subtitle language (in videos)

Press RED button, then GREEN button or just press AD/SUBT button, select language, press OK to set language, press (AD/SUBT, Back) again to hide the window.
Buffer size
Buffer size

It is possible to set the buffer size in the app settings for your streams in case you have frequent buffering issues. It is not guaranteed that this will help your slow connection or providers’ stream issue.

Set the buffer size to Auto to use the default Samsung buffer size.

Bloquear la dirección MAC del televisor

Puedes bloquear tu dirección MAC en la configuración de la aplicación usando el botón Bloquear MAC para evitar que otra persona restablezca tu lista de reproducción o si has compartido tu dirección MAC con un tercero.

Si desea eliminar el PIN, simplemente use 0000 para bloquear nuevamente la dirección MAC.

Configuración de la propiedad User-agent (solo televisores Tizen)
