📅 Solving EPG Not Loading Issues on TiviMate (2025 Fix)

TiviMate is famous for its beautiful TV Guide (EPG). But when that guide says “No Information” for
every channel, it ruins the experience. You don’t know what’s on, and you can’t schedule recordings.

If your TiviMate guide is empty, don’t worry. It is usually a simple sync error. Here is how to force it to load.

1. Force Update the EPG

Sometimes TiviMate just needs a little push. The automatic update might have failed.
