1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on this Website are digital services. Once payment is confirmed, you receive activation details such as:

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Temporary outages from providers or third-party apps
  • You changed your mind after activation
  • You stopped using the service before the end of your subscription
  • Issues caused by VPN usage, blocked ports, or ISP throttling

4. Subscriptions and Renewals

When you purchase a subscription (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), you receive IPTV access for the full duration starting from activation.

  • No partial refunds for unused time
  • No refunds for expired subscriptions
  • No refunds if activation details were used on unauthorized devices
  • Renewals must be purchased manually unless stated otherwise
