IPTV TROUBLESHOOTING: UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVER

Rejection is not easy. And it’s important for you—the user—to know what to do when you’re suddenly not allowed to proceed! Below are the proper steps to get back online when you’re hit with server connection issues.

Unable to connect to server? Here’s what to do:

Internet connectivity (yes, really…)

I know this sounds crazy, but have you checked your internet connection? Seriously. Make sure it’s working properly—you don’t want this to be the last thing you check.

This happened to me once. I wasted two hours in pure frustration, only to realize my Wi-Fi was down. Don’t be me.

Restart your device

Self-explanatory. Do it. Always the first thing you should try in any troubleshooting situation.

Try a different app

If you haven’t already, keep two IPTV apps ready with your login credentials at all times.

This is a quick and easy test to check if the issue is with a specific app.

If one app works and the other doesn’t, boom—problem found.

Reinstall the faulty app or upgrade to the latest version.

Subscription Expiration

Your IPTV app usually displays your subscription expiration date. If it doesn’t, check with your provider.

Could be a simple case of a missed payment. (We’ve all been there…)

Check your login details

Confirm your username and password with your provider.

This shouldn’t be the problem—but hey, mistakes happen. Better safe than sorry.

Server Credentials (important!)
